START TO FINISH PROCESS
Arrival with CP
Once your package arrives with Collectable Power, we will reach out to confirm the safe arrival the same or next working day.
CP PROCESSING
Once the contents of your package has been processed by us, we will reach out to provide a fully documented list of your cards/items.
ARRIVAL AT PSA
Once your cards arrive at PSA, we will be in touch to confirm their safe arrival the same or next working day.
PSA PROCESS
From arrival at PSA, we will then inform you each and every time your submission advances through PSA’s process.
RETURN
Once your cards have been graded, we will reach out to confirm we have the correct return address. We will then issue you an invoice and return your cards once paid.
PSA Process & Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time provided by PSA will always be provided as an estimation and not a guarantee. Collectable Power will not be held responsible for the time a submission takes to complete. Estimated turnaround times are from entering Research & ID with PSA.
Each service option will have its own turnaround time estimation.
